I. paid 2500 USD for this gokart for my son for his Xmas and stopped working after only 2 runs,.. I contacted NInebot thru the APP,.. customer support and they said cannot help and will not help as did not by thru authorised dealer,.. (I bought direct from China).... I was only asking for advice on how to reset or how to start again./// totally refused ,... now checking online ,... GOOGLE it seems that the UNIT ,.. segway Ninebot Mini Pro ,.. is plagued with problems and NO customer support is given,... typical chinese product,.. I am Disgusted...
